  1. Readings:
    • We guarantee satisfaction with our readings. If you are not satisfied with the reading you received, you may request a refund.
    • However, please note that if requesting refunds becomes a repeated pattern, we reserve the right to refuse future refund requests to prevent abuse of our policy.
  2. Customized Orders:
    • Customized items are made to your specifications and cannot be refunded unless there is an error in the customization, the item is damaged upon receipt, or similar issues affect the quality or accuracy of the product.
    • Should you encounter any of these issues, please contact us immediately to arrange for a correction or a refund. We can be reached at hello@liloot.com.
  3. Books and Digital Items:
    • All sales for books and digital items are final. Due to the nature of these products, we cannot offer refunds once they have been dispatched or downloaded.

Additional Guidelines:

  • To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the request. We require this information to better understand how we might improve our services and to process your request efficiently.
  • Please make any refund requests for readings within 2 days of the service being provided to ensure timely processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Refunds on physical items must be requested within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for paying for the shipping back to us.
  • All refunds must be approved by Liloot.
